Hi Timm......it's been a while, sorry I missed the OTWC show, sounds like I missed a great one.

I totally agree w/ the tolerance thing, being fairly intolerant at times myself, and recognizing the positives it would bring about actually being more tolerant.

Vacations.....if you really want to practice tolerance, I can recommend going to certainlt the most chilled-out place I've ever been : Virgin Gorda, in the British Virgin Islands. If you want to relax, that's the place to do it. Do a search on the web for it, and if you'd like any more info from me, feel free to get in contact.

Take care, Jack

Thanks to Lisa and Laurie for the comments! Keep 'em coming...

Laurie - you can get in touch with me directly re: Ray's birthday by sending an e-mail to timm@timmbiery.com. Thanks for the offer - maybe Tam and I can take you up on that sometime soon.

Cheers,

Timm, I enjoyed your blog - tolerance is the key to vacations and life! I have been planning on tapping into you for some time now to solicit ideas on how to plan a surprise for my husband- in particular pulling old buddies together to jam again for his 50th birthday... We have a home on the Chesapeake Bay and think you and your wife should visit for a weekend vacation and learn how to relax watching the sunset while playing music without the crowds! Not to mention I still need ideas on the band reunion...:-)
